The green locked light should be on thats normal ...

The pin is 0000 or you can try 1004

it would be best to try another remote first,but if it was the sensor in the box,reoldering its connections have provided a cure in the past ...

Try doing a deep scan first of all,it sometimes solves a lot of problems ...but before doing all of that try unplugging the box completely from the wall socket for a couple of minutes the rebooting,surprising how many times that has worked for some people ....

Remote is working well (tryed the camera)
I will do unplugging etc
I will try the sensor area again, but seems fine though

How do you deep scan if remote/sensor does not function

where Can i get remote and sensor panel (in case)
