Have you tried entering the master PIN number on the back inside page of the user manual that came with your eurovox? its on the bottom....

My partner bought the box (Blue with 1 scart) about 2 years ago and has lost the paperwork.

If I'd have used my brain and READ the forums first before screaming for help I would have realised it probably is a firmware problem.
Now I have another problem. Where to find the latest firmware, I downloaded DnUpman and Voxer v.2, but they might be more than 12 moths old.
Got to search for the latest, or maybe someone can point me in the right direction please.

What has happened is that the box will not accept any remote control commands and will only work on manual, just channels 1 to 54.

All the green "locked" led means is that its locked to a channel and has a signal!

Mine is on all the time, and the remote works fine.

You must have another problem, try a flash!

Gave it a flash but my lady said "Get yer clothes back on you pervert" LOL

Seriously though looking for the flash program is becoming a problem as most of the links I'v tried are broken

Im assuming this is a eurovox max and the above is an error as the max has 2 scart sockets and not 1, can you confirm this. The 1 with 1 scart is a eurovox 1 and is all silver in appearance.

Yes your right It's a Eurovox Max with 2 scaret sockets (why don't I look sometimes?)

If I was to openit up and press the reset button assuming it has one inside would that help, or is flashing it the only option?

Mixin 247, what is classed as a "decent" post?
