Could well have been your post. I seem to remember people had replied to it.
Just had another look on satdownloads and found a post that's worth a look for you. Won't post another link to another forum, as that's a bit naughty, but if you do a search for 'smallworld' you should find a post by 'TOG' called 'Scrambled channels won't clear'. Came up third in the search results. There's a reply from 'Lucid' regarding frequencies for the Smallworld provider. Other posts might be worth a look, even if it's for other receivers, just to get details of the frequencies.
Even if you have to input the details manually into the kryptview you should be able to get something.

As for our website, well, take my name and put a 'dot com' on the end

Good luck

Hi jonsey28,
I've just sent you reply via e-mail ... but the simple answer, as ronster has said, is yes.

Hey guys,

I have just taken receipt of one of these boxes but can't get it tuned in to all the channels. For example I can't get sky sports 2 but get 1 and 3. I also don't get SSN or Sky 1. Does anybody know what I can do to get these?

Cheers

I'm in Birmingham. This box is a 2nd one and the network ID for my 1st is 41011. This network ID is not available when I need to select. The nearest is 41015. Will this make a difference?

Thanks for the quick replies Mash. I've done a factory reset and my network ID is still not there. There are other Birmingham ones which I have tried but they don't give me all the channels. Should I just keep trying different networks until I find the best one?
