help with eurovox

Hiya wondered if anyone can help with my eurovox 2006 model i think dark grey and silver casing. I think it may need some kind of updates we constantly have to scan the channels and now after a scan all channels come back eventually but they take a while, and first thing in the morning we often have to unplug it all as we have a green or a pink screen.
I have heard i need to update it but not sure how or where to get these updates . Any help appreciated

There are updates available but you have to have made 5 posts to be able to see them,we are not allowed to tell you any information about them,because of forum rules ...any replies we made to you would be edited out by moderators,its a big site so can only suggest you wander round the different forums and make a few more posts...
