Default f@:{@ing DATA EXECUTION PREVENTION

Why do i keep getting that message when i download or print anything on my computer. Im running vista and have tryed everything to turn it off. But for some reason the bloody thing wont let me turn it of in system because im not a Admin (BUT I AM).

What am i doing wrong

im doing it correct

system ....system protection.....advanced.....system performance.....settings....data tab

Then it wont let me click anything because im not a admin BUT I AM to use these settings you must be a admin and use the BCDEDIT.EXEFILE (WHAT THE HELLS THAT) VISTA IS VERY VERY RUBBISH
