I have built a jtag and checked all connections three times over and I am getting the same Target Communication Error as tariqz.

I have the Mac_Mot running and the printer port set to EPP mode and all connections are solidly soldered. I am getting the 3volts ok on the jtag and all components that I can check are ok.

Is there any method of checking the CI to make sure that is ok?

I have tried STD, OCD and none will connect.

heres how i do it m8

1.solder jtag as in my previous post and connect to pc

2.power up box and put in debug mode

3.open and run mac mot

4.open ocd and make sure setting are:
ARM
ARM940T
connection LPT1
interface device: Wiggler
Speed: 1.380
then hit OK and it should allow you to enter the bytes in the command window

Sorry cant advise on STD as never needed to use it...yet!!

I have done exactly that but still get a not connected error with both OCD and SDT.

Yes it is green before starting OCD. I think it must be something to do with the jtag so I will rebuild it and try again.
