sex view help

For a late xmas present I bought my husband a genuine subscription of sexview 12 + viacces card, which arrived yesterday the picture was ok but none of the sexview channels had any sound, all other channels the sound was perfect.

My husband rang the supplier W????? today who said because we had the picture there could'nt be anything wrong with the card and it must be something wrong with our manhatten starlight 6900 the dragon cam is being used for the sexview card. can anyone give us advise as to how to get sound on sexview or could it be a faulty card?

Hi sequencedancers,
welcome to the forum.Iit is most likely your receiver that's causing the problem.
First try altering the audio settings, there should be a shortcut button on your remote control.
You can also check the audio PID settings by bringing up the channel information.
Try deleting one of the channels then re-scanning it into your receiver, if you then get sound delete all the others an re-scan them.
Please post back with the results and if none of that worked I'm sure someone, with knowledge of your receiver, can help.

I would just like to add that I have a Dorcel XXX card. The English audio is blank with a dragon but when I use a Genuine Viacess Cam it can be heard.
