Default analog cable decoder software

Need help
Hi, Just want to Know if there a software based decoders out there for v media analog tv for a PC tv card , As digital is not available in my area.

I dont think you can get v*rg*n down the phone line analogue or digital, have they not put cable in your area yet ?

Boltons the same ATM. They have digital cable broadband but not digital cable TV. Every house i have gone into has those old ghastly GI CTF-2100 analogue STBs

On the brighter side though they are transmitting the Digital signal down the line as i have seen quite a few Starview and Eurovox STBs in use there

Can't see why they aren't supplying the Digital STBs yet though, doesn't seem to make sense
