I use one of these on the LNB input on my Technomate to switch between the feed to the H-2-H steerable dish (which has a separate 36V motor) and a 4-way diseqc switch on another fixed dish.

Well, there is the Smart Priority Switch (especially the one by Global) which changes between inputs by switching receiver off and on with the Remote Control.
