i bought a Eurovox max V 2008 back in September . Ive been looking to update firmware which not only is hard to find but i all so think there's different firmware . all abit confusing to a first timer ![]() luckily through my endless search through the Internet i found this gem of a site ![]() i was wondering if any one had any recommendations of which firm ware is the best and all the pros and cons and if they could tell me how i see which is my current firmware ? and lastly Ive looked at the sticky on where to down load firmware and i cant find it also firmware links in other threads are dead links? so if any one can help i would be extremely grateful thanks |

I would use either the october 15th fw, or kuro beta2 fw.
You need over 5 decent posts to see our download section but the files are all over the net!

When you do the update to kuro beta2 you will get a different menu system, which looks much better!
Also you get full 16:9 WS support! Its easy to update, takes 5 mins!

that's great mixin247 as i thought the display i got is a bit basic and dated although i found out reading other posts it will be the firmware that belongs to the red euro vox that i have which is an older model i believe
and i have just purchased my first LCD TV ( Samsung LE46F86BD ) so that will be fantastic to have a more up to date display by the way couldn't recommend that TV enough what a machine!!!! |
