Not sure what you mean, but the game was broadcast on Europa2 on 43west live (I watched it with Five live commentary until they changed grounds and went with the Spurs game instead) with the FSC logo and the FSC website claimed to be showing live coverage of the game.

Man City v West Ham is live as well right now.

You said for the FOX Soccer Channel, which made me think you believed the feed was for them to receive.

Both their news channels and Canal 13 is on 43w with audio now
