 Some indication of your equipment would be helpful. Have you saved any satellites in your receivers memory? Have you set up your system correctly at your nearest south satellite? BlackHawk

As Blackhawk said, the motor and dish must be aligned properly on your nearest due south satelite first. Also, maybe you have put the numbers in wrong.
