I have a splitter connected to the internal box within the house already. This splits to

A Coaxial to the PC modem
B The back of the Starview box

If i was to add another box, where would be the best place to split again on example B

I.e:

Why not just use the cable out RF socket from your existing box and loop out to your new box?

yep, these are cheap to buy and they usually have the required attenuator built into them

Although the more you split the weaker the signal can become as you drop Dbs at each split.
