Default Second digibox

I currently have a panasonic digibox with sky sports package. If I were to fit a twin lnb and run a cable to a bedroom, could I buy a second hand didgibox and use my sky card to view sports in both rooms? I do not have a telephone connection to my current digibox.

No, I think you'll find that the premium channels tie the card up with the box serial number. The mix channels will be fine though. You have to pay for multiroom and connect a phone line to both boxes to get the same level of viewing on two boxes, with premium channels.

You could do it with a Dreambox in the second location as long as you dont want to use both boxes for premium channels simultaneously.

If you want both to watch premium channels simultaneously in both locations then get two Dreamboxes.
