Default PIN Problem

I've got a Samsung box and I recently moved house and connected my box up and everything was working fine.

Called the cable company to activate the broadband and paid for TV service and the PIN number in the box no longer works.

I have one go left before it locks me out

Can the service provider change the PIN remotely and why did the service provider recognise the PIN number that was used to access the programs despite there being a different PIN number on the paid for box?

Any help appreciated

Cheers

if this is ur subbed box call them, if its a modded box those who have not cut talkback have lost pin numbers, so you have to go through a routine of shorting out the battery ect, u will find posts on the forum.

you dont need to know your pin number!
if you go to guide, set favourites then tick and untick each of your locked channels then press tv and bingo

It's for the modded box, the subbed box works fine.

I'll search for the details on shorting the battery.

Cheers
