Default moved to a new area, Help!!

Hello folks, hope someone out there can help me.
I recently moved from an old NTL area to an old Telepest area (although both are now owned by Virgin as you will all know) and i tried to plug my nokia D box2 in to my newly installed cable but it would not pick anything up.
i have now managed to get all channels recognised on it after some useful information on this site, but only the free channels are unlocked, all the channels that i used to have such as sky sports and movies etc appear to be locked, although the EPG works perfectly. Any suggestions as to what the problem may be?
The box is running sportster 2.0 image at the moment, Thanks in advance!!

I don't have a lot of knowledge regarding these units, can you tell me how to check/change these things? Cheers!
