im looking for a dvd recorder with a hard drive built in,i was going to get a samsung HR750 but the review on play.com said it was terrible quality recordings off the hdd,i want to be able to connect it to my sky plus box to record my favourite shows on to disc,so who can recommend what

Hi my fatherlaw purchase a lg RH277 from richer sound 160gig hard and even he finds it a doddle to use and thats a first £179.99 or £199.99 with a 250gig harddrive has ever connection known to man on the back . follow link LG RH277 at Richer Sounds - HI-FI Separates, Home Cinema, Speakers, MP3 DVD Portables, Plasma LCD, etc.

I can recommend the DMR-EX77EB-S, mainly because it's so quiet and has good editing functions, not the friendliest interface though, Dixons have it for £200 with a discount code.
