Is this the one that can receive 4:2:2 ?

yep but still good for 4:2:2 feeds with a decent size dish

The software is very cumbersome, but it does decode the 4:2:2 feeds and I found it easier than a PCI cable card.

it went for £67 pound good price for those that want it for an addon to a feed hunting kit
