Hi there,
I recently purchased a pre flashed Eurovox Max V and I cannot view any of the channels. I have connected the box to my TV through a scart, which has in built freeview. I have gone through config and scanned for the channels, which it seems to find but when I go to installation on the menu it tells me that there is no transponder. Has anyone else got the same issues? I'm in an old N*L area and am using the code 6.887. Not sure if this is helpful but I have BT broadband in my house. All help is much appreciated. Thanks, Edmundo |

You need to do a powerscan first. You could do a normal one with 6887 as the symbol rate and frequency range 100 to 800, but you might as well do a full powerscan, menu, installation, user installation, press yellow button and choose full, press OK. I would advise doing the scan directly from the incoming feed and after completion then put your splitter back on.

That's all you need, so long as you have a live cable feed connected to your Eurovox - ex NTL is usually 6887 SR.
