i have got 2 of them both of them will not give me a signal u get some signal but then it go a way is this a fault with them eny help will do

The easiest thing to do would be to connect them to a dish that you know is set up properly on a known satellite and see if you get the channels when you do a scan.

A Sky dish that has already been setup will do.

i have technomate 1500+ set it to astra 19.2 e then put the echostar on bo there is no pic and no signal

Have you gone through it to make sure all the settings are correct?

Like selecting the right satellite, transponder etc etc. Also check the LNB settings.

it did work ok yesday then it just whent like that i have not change eny thing on it
