What graphics card? promiss its a different question than the one below

hello all

can you recommend a graphics card for the below components, please bear in mind that i will never put a game on the machine, but i will be running CAD packages and 3d modelling CAD/CAM packages occasionally.
below is the bits i got stuck together so far.

mobo: asus p5n-e sli
cpu: q6600 quad job at 2.4ghz
2gb corsair ddr2 800mhz
artic 7 freezer
hd's and burners etc
xp pro

Nvidia 8800GTX costly, but well worth it with loads of options with outputs, e.g. HDMI connectors as well as Component connectors (yellow green blue)
