Hi
I could really do with some help on this!

Yesterday I rebooted by friend Starview box and rescanned it thinking we could get more channel but unfortunetly all the premium channels have gone (I'm getting the blame of course). He is with Telewest and lives in Edinburgh.
I am looking for someone to give me an idiots guide as to how to fix this problem, I'm not the best with this sort of stuff and yes I probably should have touched it.

He had sky sports etc before I started playing around with it but now has none of these top programs. The channels that don't work have what looks like a $ next to them.

Your help is much appreciated.

press menu followed by 1570,..which will bring another menu,..scroll to the bottom to emu ,.turn on,. exit 3 times,.then go to ss1,..then let it update!
