so what, if any, is the best Video Sender to use with a Eurovox? One that will change channels etc and let you watch a different channel in either room

there is no individual make that i would recommend in my opinion the are all pretty much the same, although the cordless scarts seem to work very well

got one from aldi. the make was tevion works a treat and allows you to switch channel aswel
