North Korean Central TV from a report from Dr Dish TV last year.
This certainly is a strange one, it looks to be possibly a Chinese designed Test Card G clone.

Heres one from Art Bulgaria. Found on Eutelsat W2 at 16E 12728V 26050 2/3 and Eurobird 3 at 33E 11177H 23600 2/3. The V up the top right hand corner flashes on and off.__________________

Seen on 12.5w today with country music for its audio PID, obviously for some sort of news feed from the states about Super Tuesday probably for the Beeb.

Yes this is a colour bar, but this ones a bit special. I belive this one was coming off Astra 1B the final time she was reactivated. As you can see it was being radiated at horribly low power, and was basically a sparkly mess!
This was grabbed around October 2005.__________________

This one appeared on Astra 1D 10773H analogue whilst she was slotted at 24.2E. It was grabbed sometime around early 2002__________________
