More likely the dish is marginally misaligned.

i seem to get most sats. from 30.00w to 39.0e,is it still possible that the angle of dish might need a tweak

Hi, it may be that you are not quite tracking the arc properly, to correct that I suggest that you go into the FAQs section and follow one of the motorised dish setup tutorials, to ensure you have everything setup correctly. The one by BGonaSTICK is the most thorough.

19.2E is not a problem in the UK, unless the dish is off.

As a quick fix, you could try changing the stored position for 19.2E slightly to see if you can improve matters a little.

If using USALS, just enter a different position for the satellite, for best signal.

If using DiSEqC, use the East West buttons, to find a better position and store it again.

i am using diseqc and have tried going east/west and it makes no difference to signal qual.on channels like prem.sport portal &digitalalb for example,i thought as i am getting good quality on most of 19.2e channels i could be on the wrong transponder for the other channels

thanks for all replies

DigitAlb is not on 19.2E it is on 16E.

Can you name a few channels on 19.2E that you are getting and their frequencies?
