Default Pay per view V's Talkback

Hi all, im new to this forum. This is my first of many posts.

First off, i'd like to say thanks to everyone who offers there full support in helping others. It's you guys that make this forum what it is.

In the short time that i've been here, i've learnt that rule no.1 in chippin a box, is that you allways cut the talkback.

So my question is this:

After you have disabled talkback, is it posible to still recieve pay per view events and/or movies on demand?

I'v read through a few posts discusing a credit allowance progamed into your card, that is used to view pay per view events. After a period of time you then have to clean your card and reset the credit allowance in order to view more events.

Could someone shed some light on this subject for me.

Thanks,
Stevo.

ok, cool. i take it no one uses pay per view on a chipped box then.

Is it really that risky to leave it on.

I cant say i've actually heard of Virgin knockin at peoples homes.

yes it is mate regardless of what people say, with there updated software at the moment, they can actully find out what you ar ewatching with tb on......the ppv or filmflex as its known actully marks and records all in information on the card in in the box memory, just check your eng menu for ppv events , or read the card ?
