I have seen this box on *bay.

Item number : 270206032703

What i want to know is that is are any mod for this that will enable it to recieve bskyb channels?

It will already receive sky channels, although they will be black....

Its got a cam slot, so it may work with a trex cam. You would still need a sky subs card, and a Sky HD diddybox to keep the card alive.

TBH Im not even sure if sky HD cards work with trexes.

If you are asking "is there a way to watch sky uk by nefarious means for free" then the answer is no.

From reading around, i have figured out that satelite boxes cannot be moded to receive all the channels. am i right?

yes that is correct but they can be altered with different software to allow naughty things
