I have a virgin media hd v+ box.

I would like to know how i can get hold of its IR and Bk numbers.
They are not written on the bottom of the box.

You can only get it from a paired card, and you will need an unlooper, bear in mind that the card may not necessarally be paired.

So does the card have to be paired or not? becuase you first said "you can only get it from a paired card" then you said "the card may not necessarally be paired"...

anyway, is their any other way? like if it is written on the box somewere?

no the card has to be paired, cable company may have already sent a false boxkey to the card so it may not be paired thats what red means.

try tailor-madecircuits or fleetcomputersystems, you can see the prices on the site, good and cheap unlooper would be an powersync or tiny unlooper.
