Default Starview Help Needed

Hi I'm new to all this just got a starview box, I've got virgin media broadband thats all, I've switched it on and most of the channels are not working keeps saying bad signal or scrambled, any help would be great thanks.

if you have followed instructions and done a scan for your area and set ur area press menu then type in 1570 scroll down to key emu make sure its on, then press exit until ur out of screen then the chanells should be there.

I've lost all the premium channels on the starview box... I'm with virgen in london. think I'm ntl. Can anyone help?

think ive screwed up big time
messed on with my nagra vision settings

need to know whatprov id is

and the codes

and baisicly how to do this help please im tearing my hair out

virgin in gateshead cheers

Please can you help me... I have had my box for 2 or 3 weeks working fine... I have just switched it on and it says 'no signal' i have checked the cables are all connected... they are. Any other ideas what could be the probkem?

no signal is usually the cable most times has come loose make sure everything is tight and put on a movie or sport and see if it updates, or else its a local fault.
