Default north south

tuned a box in north merseyside its now in a ouse in south mside its saying receiving no signal do i have to rescanin new house or is it something else need answer soon thanx

you may have to scan for a different supplier (check if old supplier was same as yours) or it may be that in the brown box outside it needs the incoming cable needs connecting with a straight connector,have come across this a few times

think one side of merseyside has a differnt supplier that the other.

i once tuned a box in sunderland then took it to middlesbrough (20miles away) and it would not work,had to re-scan.

im in liverpool, same thing happened to me, moved it from my house 2 miles away and had to do a full power scan

depends which side of m/side your on as one part is t/w and the other part near the posrt is c/w

a factory reset and a power scan should do the trick
