i have just added altdvb 3.4 sat4all version to the downloads section under sky TV on PC

this version has loads of graph files and transponder files and plugins already installed so it will save a lot of hassle searching for the right plugins

I dont know why this is called version 3.4 because it is the Altdvb version 2.2.

I assume it has a number imposed by sat4all because they have added all the bells and whistles.

However, anyone wanting a fully working version, go for it. You will need to still install the codecs although they appear to be in the package.

i have this working on a cable feed, i didnt expect it to work, but with the correct transponder file and plugins in showed pictures and sound, i even get BBC HD

Hi Everyone,

I have downloaded the Sat4all version of Altdvb and got almost everything working ok.
I am using Emunation to clear the channels and this also is working fine.

My problem is the audio track and how to change it to English. I have been into settings
and set the preferred language to English but the films on Premier are still soundtracked i
n German. I know which films have english soundtracks as I check with my SL65/12.
When I use Progdvb the language seems to default to English if there is an English soundtrack.
Can anyone advise me on how to change the language in Altdvb please

You should see the audio PIDs at the bottom of the screen. You can select any of them. That should give you the english soundtrack.

Have been searching for ages for some way to alter the language, the pid
list etc was hidden when I first installed the prog now it is fine
