I cant even understand what you are asking!
Are you using satellite or cable? what receiver are you using? any other channels missing? Please try to write in decent English.

My guess is he`s asking for MTV Hungary (no picture) so wherever the channel is it would be the satellite he`s pointing at. As for the equipment it would actually help....
