i need some advice about these chinese channels. is it legal to receive these chinese channels? i have a phoenix sat box with the patches to receive these new tvb chinese channels including news, drama,entertainment, goldies and lifestyle.
Also do they scramble the channels in a few months time?

Yes it is legal to receive them, they are free to air.

They could possibly scramble who knows.

They will be scrambling,as it looks like they will be joining the Spize Tv package,as part of the "Tiger bouquet".
No date announced,as yet.

TVBS Europe is curently fta on Eurobird 9,despite the encryption flag.

Yes,its just a temporary free to air period.
I was watching Tony Leung,being interviewed at an airport,of all places,yesterday,on TVB Entertainment News.
Enjoy it while it lasts.
