i need some advice about these chinese channels. is it legal to receive these chinese channels? i have a phoenix sat box with the patches to receive these new tvb chinese channels including news, drama,entertainment, goldies and lifestyle.
Also do they scramble the channels in a few months time? |

Yes it is legal to receive them, they are free to air.
They could possibly scramble who knows.

Yes,its just a temporary free to air period.
