So they topped the complaints chart, then! No surprise to me - bandits and thieves I call them.

My daughter signed up to Broadband and they failed to activate it; we refused to pay the account -masking them to prove that there had been any useage at all on their system.

All they did was appoint bailiffs - last thing a student needs. I paid on her bahelf, complained bitterly and it took 6 months, lost correspondence and constant reminders before some jerk said "we consider the matter closed". They are a shambles.

I had tiscali tv and phone with broad band
I refused to pay because they were so bad and went to vmedia told them to cancel my contract and canceled my direct debit.
Two months later they sent me a reminder and said if I didnt pay they would suspend my service. Knob heads!!!
