Would it be betterto check the freq of my sub'd modem?

u in pure, ex cw or telewest its not the 250 config file its 250 configulator it will be in downloads in cable modems

im in ex c\w i think. i cant get the 250 modem cofig to work, do u know if it works in vista?

u can set the freq in 192.168.100.1 on the options down the left hand side it will say security click on it and paste the freq from there

in vista right click and run as admin that should sort it

330750000 for my cracked modem and 586750000 for my sub'd modem.

Should i change my cracked modem to 586750000.

do you know how this could have changed.

Is it possible that the network gt suspicious and forced it to change, or am i just being paronoid. lol

Also i've jus been swapping between both modems on the same nic why i've been trying to sort this fault out. is this a problem?

so did it work?

i had one a while back i sold to some one he said it went off gave it me back and the freq had channged the 0 so set it again and its been fine ever since

i used loads of chipped modems with the same nic mac and not had a problem
