Default New member teething problems

Hi all

I've just bought myself a Eurovox after being told they were great and after having a few teething problems I have stumbled across this web site. Just wondered if any one could give me advise! After my initial scan I seem to have 259 channels but Sky Sports 1 & 3 have not appeared. Is there any way i can obtain these channels? I am from a small town near Birmingham.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Richie

They may well be there but hiding under a different channel name such as TV CH 1 or whatever ...a lot of searching I know but from the number of channels you have got I would have thought they were there somewhere...other than that you could if you wish go into the menu and then on User installation click on the red button to update channels ....you will not lose the channels you already have by doing this but it will add anything it finds at the bottom of your channel list ....dont hesitate to post back if you still have problems ....
