Default newb with a eurovox question

Hi Guys

new to this today and just registered here today.

I've had a quick look round the forums and can't really see the answers to a few questions I had so I thought I'd start a new post.

Apologies if I'm asking really basic and stupid questions, just want to get my facts right before I proceed.

I've heard a bit about the Eurovox box and just need some more info on it. I currently have a Virgin V+ box, and a standard samsung cable box, as well as broadband and phone.

I basically want to know if I plug a eurovox into my cable feed, will I get additional channels to the ones I pay for??

If I decide to downsize to one cable box, will I still be able to plug a eurovox into the "unused" cable feed and still receive a signal??

Once again, apologies if these are real basic questions, and I hope someone can help me out here

Thanks

Hi

I'm also new at this lark, just received the box yesterday. However no channels are being picked up. I followed all the instruction and have signal quality. The place is hooked up for ch**us but I'm not paying for any subscirption yet (new apartment block). When I perform the scan no tp's are being picked up. Any help is appreciated. Maynooth, Kildare area
Many Thanks

I believe so, few mates have the same box and it works fine. They are hooked up to N*L but that wouldn't make a difference would it?
