i know we are not allowed to discuss how to's etc on patching,

but i bought a reicever advertised as patched, and i want to make sure it works as advertised, but dont really know what im ment to get with a patched box (channel wise) would it it possable to say what a patched box opens up?

It depends on the Box and the Patch - some technomates with the Darkman patch can open up German, French and Polish channels amongst others, so I'm told

liberty mcci 2500+

im very pleased with it, it looks good imo, and has ca and ci slot.

i just want to make sure it does what it stated on the tin, as it were

i have an echolink el777 fta and i can watch all premiere, multivision, polsat and digitv. packages. hope this is some help to you

Discussing how you patch a receiver is not against the rules, Just putting keys or firmware on the site itself is

i found out, i had to turn the patch on, can get the channels listed now

that right i have to enter menu 2020 to switch patch on and menu 2121 for au
