For 4001, if you have it mate , and the pnp led sim is the one with silver flip swith on top.

with power off remove simm from 4001 and replace with the pnp simm, make sure its seated correctly with the clips on board and the silver switch in the middle, turn power on, push in the little push button and with the attached flash tester mark up the lights that are light, check the ird is the same on the scart in box, remove the lights you marked from tester, then throw switch to left and mark them down in the first 4 panels then turn switch to right mark them down and thats your 16 digit boxkey.

iv got a problem with my pnp simm reader, when i plug it in the little lights light up but some of the are fayded (sorry about spelling) have i got a f**ked one of is it some thing im doing???

all switch positions and it has some tape the other site witch says do not remove.
