hi
ive got the digitalb gold package, but the adult channels are still encrypted, ive tried going into menu and onto maturity setting but it doesnt open, just keeps showing subscription status and says preview at the top with dates underneath, my receiver is a manhattan xtm multicard receiver. can anyone advise as to what im doing wrong or how to get adult channels unscrambled?

why you cant view the channels is because your card is not activated and is in a preview period

you need to contact the place you bought it from to give them the card number and get it switched on.

Get the card refreshed then tune to Digi+ until the update. Once you get this tune to a XXX channel, and hopefully it will be fine as long as you have changed the adult rating to X having entered 1234 as the pin number

If your using a Dreambox use CCcam 2.0.4 emu as this will activate and update a Digitalb card.

If its a film card you will need to update on Digi+, if its a supersports card i'm sure its Premiere 1 it has to be on. You may have to ask your supplier to get another activation signal sent through. Mine activated on the second attempt

Did you buy a Gold card or just a Sports card? As all Sport cards come with a free preview period of all the other channels to tease you into buying the Gold card next time around.

Its the same with just the film card aswell SS. I got all the sports channels for about 48hrs before the card activated to just Films
