Moved Home and the Chipped box stopped working??? - Techwatch: Satellite TV forums, FTA, Cable, Hardware, & Tech forums

i have been using this PACE d14000 for some good time.when the channels were gone off i use to update the files on my funcard.
recently i had moved address, I have tried 3 times with TW and NTL to update it but NO Luck. plz any one can help????

Yeah it is a telewest area. i have just ordered it from virgin media but not sure whether it is Virgin, telewest or NTL area.
i have downloaded the files from the fta private section and not sure whther they are up to date.

i have been reading through the threads and someone mentioned FTA DOWNLOAD section. but in could not find it.. the only thing i have found is the FTA private and there is the section called 'important download links' so not quite sure that these files are up to date??

1) has it a paired card?
2) it could also have been disconnected and have a false boxkey
3) u also need an unlooper
4) and a programmer

not cheap and if card has false boxkey ur fecked.
