Default KRYPTViEW ARNET..Need Help

Hi

I have just received my Arnet box 2day, It's got v1.0 installed , I have all the channels but i can't watch pay channels, Do i have install a new software ?

It may take up to 1/2 hour to update. Have you scanned the box.
1. menu
2.installations ( code 0000 )
3.automatic search
4.select network scan only
5. select your provider
6. press green button and wait till netids come up
7. select your netid
8. press ok button
9.wait till scan finishes
10. check 101 is working
11. switch box on and off from mains
12 leave on pay channel to update

Hi

Thanks for quick reply, Yes i did scan, the free view channels are working fine but the pay channels are still scrambled.

I have switched box on and left it on pay channel, Let's c if it work... do you have new update for this box? i don't know how to download from this site, Can you please help me to download or e-mail me the soft plz...thank you again for you quick reply.

Hello All,
As was going to say I'm new this as well as new to Technololy. I Have 2 Boxes (KryptView & Eurovox), They've been working fine until this week, is there any that can update how to these going again. I've tried Power Scan reading from the forums, however no joy. Can someone help please by the way I'm in leicester area.

My arnet kriptview has also packed up giving the message 'waiting for code update'.
I believe most boxes have gone down.
I also have Starview II and at the moment it is still up and running but has updated quite a few times over the last few days.
Being the novice I am...
I suppose we will all be waiting for a new software update, can anyone tell me if I am on the right lines

Before the update I did not need to do section 7 (7. select your netid
) can anyone tell me which one I need to select on virgin in bristol?

Try this thread, Arnet Kriptview Problemo's in one of the replies it has a list of network id's pick the one that is nearest to you. i.e. Bristol TW, 40970 651000 6952
I think you need the first set of digits 40970

Hi There,
I am new with this box so please help me how to install it.I am not getting any single channel .
What I did is go to
1. menu
2.installations ( code 0000 )
3.automatic search
4.select network scan only
5. select your provider

After this Completed(EXIT) message came
and no channel has been shown behind this screen.and again it back to automatick search screen.

Please do suggest.
