No, she would have a fing fit.

I just put the Triax 110cm up, without telling her, and then she noticed it
I'm going to have to hold off buying any more dishes for a while until the trees grow back a little ( to hide it), and then it would have to be a channel master/Andrews 1m.

update time got my angle meter from fleabay, and had to use it on the top of the rotor arm on the moteck motor, was some way out according to the meter, so adjusted, and am now getting 7w and 26e but with pxels, this is due to the slack in the motor and size of dish! may have a further tweek tomoz.

for info, i zero'ed it on the bracket arm, not in the house on a table, as this would obviously not give true readings when moved to a different surface, but it can be used on a moteck

What, do you mean the angle meter. I zeroed mine at work on a level surface.

You know when it is correct if you put it on a not quite level surface, it will measure an equal and opposite angle, when you turn it end to end.

this thing Robbo

Digital Angle Gauge - sine bar/milling angle plate on eBay, also, Milling, Metalworking Milling Welding, Business, Office Industrial (end time 21-Feb-08 19:23:45 GMT)

thing is, if you zero on a true flat surface, you would then need to adjust your bracket to suit, as i use a L bracket and not T&K, I KNEW MY BRACKET WASNT FAR off by sperit level, and i didnt want to adjust that further, so by zero-ing on the bracket, my dish now suits the bracket its on for elivation, hope ive explained myself better now
