hey everyone i have a samsung smt-2110c with paired ntl card and im trying to get bk and ird from the card i have a infinity usb phoenix programmer i put the programmer into phoenix mode and went to nagra edit 4.1 clicked read card and got message:Opening of COM1 was successful
Reset failed
Error reseting card, ATR string invalid
Closing of COM1 was successful
plz help me!!!!!!!!

Have you tried reset atr left of read, try it a few times.

u sure its in phoenix mode? seen that message after cards got the big hit.

hi yes i put the programmer into phoenix mode and by the way im using the programmer by USB only not the parrallel port will i need to use the parellel port to read ntl cards???

can someone plz tell me which cable i need to use phoenix mode will parrallel 9pin to usb work???? plz help cheers

If you have the new infinity usb unlimited it works just with usb, if its earlier infinity with com port and usb connections you need a com port connection on pc, it wont work with com port to usb, if you havnt got rs232 com port on your pc you can get a pci card to plug in with one on.
