Webstar epc 2100 HELP!!

Hi guys, can some one help me please!!!!

Got a 2100 flashed with sigma and have tried my working mac address and settings etc but cannot get online.
Im in dudley area and have followed the settings as shown below.
im using same ds freq as my other workin modem (331000000) and cant understand why its not locking on..

tuner type 19
annex mode shows 0 even after typing in b and writing to modem
ds freq = 331000000
admin status 3
max dl tries = 0

Any help would be appreciated as im at my wits end!!! LOL

P.S its a scientific atlanta EPC 2100!!

is the modem acually saving these settings? if not the problem could be that it has the spansion chip set.u can flash it ok but perm settings won't save,i've heard of ppl that get it saved after a few tries but i've never had any luck that way.so the usb jtag is needed for it. hope this helps

As far as im aware the settings are sticking, the only thing that changed was the annex setting, changed to annex b but after saving and re reading it says annex 0?
Will try ang get a usb jtag to try that..

ok, has the connection worked before??

I had a similar problem recently and it turned out to be the tftp server address, if this is a ntl area then use :

Virgin TFTP Servers Addresses
10.137.103.8
10.137.103.1
10.137.103.3

this simple change got me working again after days of wondering why i could not get on the network.

PS would be interested in knowing what file name you are using? cm file?

check the date on the post m8 it was long before they started chaging the server ip's tho they could have started it alot earlier round ur way
