Got "The BOX"from a N** area cannot get any progs in CH***S area,please help!

If you are in a cable area of ch**us it will work, if you are on MMDS it wont.

Do a factory reset and scan using Ch**us as the provider, symbol rate 6875. I presume you have the correct firmware, press menu and system info to find out.

Just press the default key first and then do as I said above this will stop it reverting to another provider.

No need to be. Press menu, type 1570 on remote you will find it there. If you cannot access the CAS menu, you will need to flash the box with non FTA firmware.
