Hi all,
I have found these and they seem to be for an inline lightning protection and seem to have F connectors. I have mailed the company to find out if they have F connectors and will let you know, but in the meantime have a look, they could just save us a load of money if the dish gets hit by the dreaded lightning. Go to this url and you can see them. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Wifi-Antennas.co.uk | High Grade Wireless Antennas > Bluetooth, P2P, P2MP, 802.11b, 802.11b+, 802.11g, 802.11g+ - Lightning Protectors <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< I don't suppose that it is against the rules to post this very useful link, if it is then appologies. Very best regard Wez

Hi Turok,
Welcome to Techwatch. Do these things actually exist? The pictures I have seen have used the standard wlan antenna simply placed at the dish focal point. In fact I think they were using chinese woks and frying pans and stuff instead of a dish. ![]() http://www.exe64.com/mirror/wokfi/ And of course, not quite sure why you would want an LNB, since no down conversion is required as the frequency is low anyway.
