1) Contact your supplier to see if theres any known issues with them.

If that fails chuck it away and buy a Dreambox

From what i can see its a clone of the FortecStar Innovative receiver. They are renown for the cardshare going down after a few weeks in the UK.

I also Have the same it was working till last month now is shows network established but disconnected!

Been a s/w update that needs to be loaded via RS232 and this should rectify the problem

HI , the inno uses a card sharing format which uses a server to 'share' other users cards to watch pay to view programmes, this server i believe is situated somewhere in the middle east, it is run and maintained by persons unknown on a private basis, this procedure is illegal in many western countries but in the middle east can be extreamly illegal and can result is severe punishment ,as viewing western tv and porn is not allowed. the server decodes the channels and updates this software when you are connected via the server because the encription changes daily.

Sadly at the moment ,for the last few weeks the server has been down 'non functioning' and allso the admin that runs it have vanished , there are many stories going the rounds at the moment as to why , but in reality no one knows the truth , i hope is all well with the admin but the authorities do have habits of shuting these things down . i hope they are all ok , we will have to wait and see, including myself. allso look on www.al7bar-soft.com then inno forums. this may help , we are all waiting , good luck .
