Perviy Baltijskyi Muzykalnyi Kanal (Latvia)
translates as First Baltic Music Channel  Sirius 4 5E 11842H 27500 3/4 mainly western pop music although some eastern bloc music is carried too.. An easy catch since it moved off Sirius 3

Sirius 4 12697V 14685 3/4 pop & dance music. The audio quality is atrocious - the settings are turned up way too high leading to massive distortion, and the audio dropping in & out!
