swiftymorgan Junior Member Join Date: Feb 2008 Posts: 9 Thanks: 4 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts	broadband speed if people use a box like the blackpearl to get channels down and they cannot stop you even if you use broadband connection ,just out of curiosity how could they stop you getting a restricted broadband speed as i get 2mb and someone gets 20mb what creates the restriction?
